- ⅓ cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon maple sirup
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla oat milk
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Put all ingredients in your food processor and give it a good blend.
- Enjoy it right away or
- store it in a tupperware bottle or glas jar in your fridge over night and enjoy it for breakfast.
