  • 1 can great white beans (drained and rinsed, net drained weight 240 g) - use chickpeas for the original version
  • 2 dried tomatoes
  • 1 glove of fresh garlic (peeled)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tahini (this is a sesame paste)
  • 1 lemon (the juice of it)
  1. Throw all these things into a food processor, switch it on and tadaaaaaa a Hummus, sort of.
  2. All there’s left to do now is – Enjoy!
