Sorta A Hummus

- 1 can great white beans (drained and rinsed, net drained weight 240 g) - use chickpeas for the original version
- 2 dried tomatoes
- 1 glove of fresh garlic (peeled)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tahini (this is a sesame paste)
- 1 lemon (the juice of it)
- Throw all these things into a food processor, switch it on and tadaaaaaa a Hummus, sort of.
- All there’s left to do now is – Enjoy!
